ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Department Director on the Walla Walla County Department of Community Health Amendment
2. (Effective date: July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement is entered into by and between the Walla Walla County Department of
Community Health for services relative to Youth Cannabis and Commercial Tobacco Prevention
Program as outlined in the Statement of Work (Exhibit A). The amendment amends the
Statement of Work and Adds $16,000.00 in funding for a revised maximum of $48,500.00.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved June 30, 2023
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 6, 2023
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Department Director on the Walla Walla County Department of Community Health Amendment
2. (Effective date: July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024)
