COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 1:00 P.M. JULY 24, 2023
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice Chairman Brett
Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Chris Horner, DPA

SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 1:01 p.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into
an Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency, for 5 minutes. Action was anticipated.
At 1:06 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Chairman Wright moved to authorize a letter of representation with
Carl Warring (Spokane) for purposes of representation of the County
regarding A. Stawicki as discussed with Deputy Horner. Commissioner
Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 1:06 p.m.
