Update on the Extension of Beech Rd.
Director Ohl updated the board that Pooya Roohani is needing to extend beech road for his
development as another fire road access point. Mr. Roohani will be paying for the entire road as
well as the curb, gutter, and sidewalk. Mr. Roohani just needs permission from the board that it
is okay to do this.
Questions from the commissioners: Will this fit into the vision that Kittitas County has for
Bowers Field? The answer was yes, as it will cut into one lot making it a more appealing corner
lot to lease.
The commissioners agreed to move forward with a resolution.
