ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve County Program Agreement — ACT and EET
Quality Assurance between Juvenile Court Services and the
Department of Children, Youth, and Families
BACKGROUND: The Department of Children, Youth and Families administers
evidenced -based and promising programs used in the juvenile courts
for eligible juvenile offenders. This County Program Agreement is
for consulting services provided by our office to juvenile courts
statewide that are providing ACT and EET programs. The contract
sets the parameters for the consulting services, deliverables and
reimbursement for staff time to develop, train, and consult ACT and
EET trainers statewide.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved as to form the
contract (Prosecutor Review Number 27539). Additionally,
Information Services and the Auditor's Office has received a copy for
review.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the County Program Agreement ACT and EET Quality
Assurance between Juvenile Court Services and Department of
Children, Youth and Families for SFY 2024-2025.
HANDLING: Request two signed original documents be returned to Juvenile Court
Services to pursue DCYF signature and subsequent return of an
original fully executed document to the BoCC for County records. (I
have provided three originals — if you would please return 2 and keep
1).
