BACKGROUND: On July 14, 2022, Kittitas County Public Works was advised that our Faust Road — Town Ditch bridge replacement project was selected to receive funding through the federal Local Bridge Program. This project will not require match in local funds because we met the goal of authorizing construction before December 2025. This Project Prospectus covers the Federal Funding for the construction phase of the project. Public Works is preparing to also issue notice of call for bids for this project. INTERACTION: Public Works RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution Authorizing the Chair's signature on the Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus for the Replacement of Bridge No. 88212 on Faust Road over Town Ditch CRP 316-22.
