JUNE 26, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Commissioner, Laura <br />Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith (WEBEX). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, Administrative Assistant; Brian <br />Carlson, Budget & Finance Director; and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 23, 2023. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wright stated that the Board was provided a budget impact <br />breakdown as requested for the County Administrator position and <br />asked what the Board wanted to do next. Commissioner Wachsmith and <br />Commissioner Osiadacz indicated that the Department Heads still <br />needed to be met with. Staff was directed to set up a meeting with <br />the County Department Heads. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION TOWNHALLS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board discussed holding two Townhall meetings this September. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz stated she has been wanting to dothese for <br />quite a while and would like to do them prior to an election year. <br />She stated that it would be a good opportunity for the Board and <br />citizens to see what all is going on in the County.
