KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 1:00 P.M. JUNE 23, 2023
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright (joined at 1:07), Vice
Chairman Brett Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz (Webex).
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator & Jeanne Killgore, HR
Director; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor (Webex); Beth Kennar, WCRP
Atty (Webex).
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 1:00 p.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session under RCW
42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential
litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member
acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party,
when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result
in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency, for 45
minutes. No action was anticipated.
At 1:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
Meeting adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
