ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and Board Signature of Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
County and Broadband Development Group
BACKGROUND: Broadband Development Group was selected to provide a fiber optic extension from
the Kittitas County Courthouse to the new Prosecutor location at 203 W 7TH AVE,
Ellensburg, WA 98926
INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed the agreement via legal request #55829 IT -
Contract Review - Fiber to new PA building.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Broadband
Development Group
HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board
