ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA between Comprehensive
Healthcare and KCPHD. (Effective dates: 07.1.2023-.12.31.2023)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA is between Comprehensive Healthcare and KCPHD. The PSA states that
Comprehensive Healthcare will contract with Kittitas Valley Healthcare Hospital to provide
continuation of two Crisis Case Managers to assist with behavioral health patients in the
emergency department for a total of 70 hours a week of coverage.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on May 30,2023
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on June 7, 2023
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA between Comprehensive
Healthcare and KCPHD. (Effective dates: 07.1.2023-.12.31.2023)
