A RESOTUTION OF KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON, TO THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION AVIATION GUARANTEEING GRANT MATCH FUNDS AVAITABILITY
WHEREAS, Kittitas County will be submitting an Airport Application'to the Washington State
Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Aviation for three (3) projects: Wetland Mitigation Construction,
Parallel Taxiway Design and Bidding, and Apron and Taxilane Rehabilitation Design and Bidding.
WHEREAS, the total project funding is to be comprised of approximately $89,627 WSDOT
Aviation, and the local match amount of $89,628 from Kittitas County funds. The calculation for the total
match is 10o/o of $1 ,792,555 for the FAA grant. Figures used to calculate costs are based on estimates at
this time.

NOW THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED, that Kittitas County, Washington supports this project and
allocates $89,628 in the 2023 budget to fulfill the local match contribution requirement.
