AGENDA DATE: June 6, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with
Central Paving, LLC and Kittitas County
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County invited various asphalt companies off the Small
Works Roster to meet for a walk through at the North and South
Employee parking lots, Court House parking lot, and the rear Sheriffs
Office parking lot on April 28th to get quotes on crack sealing,
sealcoating, and striping. Central Paving was the lowest responsive
bidder.
INTERACTION:
The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed and approved the proposed
PSA.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Boards signature on PSA with Central Paving, LLC
HANDLING:
Original – Clerk of the Board
Copy – Auditor
