Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />6/6/2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request Board signatures on the resolution authorizing execution of a revocable license with KVFR and the <br />revocable license agreement. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Kittitas County was contacted by KVFR requesting to do fire and emergency training exercises at the county <br />owned property formerly known as Shady Acres Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />It was determined that allowing KVFR to provide training on site would be a public benefit. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />KVFR and Prosecutors <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend approval of Boards signature on the resolution authorizing execution of the revocable license <br />with KVFR. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Return a copy to Maintenance <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Patti Stacey <br />
