ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Board signatures on the resolution authorizing execution of a revocable license with KVFR and the
revocable license agreement.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County was contacted by KVFR requesting to do fire and emergency training exercises at the county
owned property formerly known as Shady Acres Mobile Home Park.
It was determined that allowing KVFR to provide training on site would be a public benefit.
INTERACTION:
KVFR and Prosecutors
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval of Boards signature on the resolution authorizing execution of the revocable license
with KVFR.
HANDLING:
Return a copy to Maintenance
