AGENDA DATE: May 16, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval to advertise a call to bid for removal
and disposal of County owned mobile homes.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County purchased the Shady brook mobile home park
and has been purchasing trailers as people have move from
the park. At this time the County would like to advertise for
services to have the Vacant County Owned mobile homes
removed and properly disposed of along with the stick building
unit and the laundry room.
INTERACTION: Commissioners office, Prosecutors office, Auditors office and
Assessors office.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the Boards approval to advertise the call for bids.
HANDLING: Clerk of the Board to Advertise
