ACTION REQUESTED: Request Chair’s Signature on Bloom Pavilion Construction
Change Order No. 003
BACKGROUND: The County Project Manager, Patti Stacey, and KVEC Director, Kady
Porterfield, are seeking approval of a change order on items involving
the Bloom Pavilion construction project that include hauling off
unsuitable soils off-site, running a new sewer line mandated by the City
of Ellensburg, and installing new u-bollards with sleeves. All items are
required now after unforeseen circumstances prior to the project breaking
ground. The total change order amount is $90,923.11.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Commissioners approve the chair’s signature
on the change order form for the Bloom Pavilion Construction project.
