<br />2023-04-24 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />IT STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />MONDAY 11:00 AM April 24, 2023 <br />Board members present: Cory Wright, Laura Osiadacz, Brett Wachsmith <br />Others: Doug Fessler, Zane Kinney <br />1. Call to Order <br />2. Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit) <br />None present. <br />3. General IT updates <br />The annual Cybersecurity Insurance questionnaire was recently submitted. <br />IT has entered discussion with the Treasurer’s Office concerning PCI compliance. IT will <br />contribute every appropriate effort to develop accepted practices for offices and departments to <br />accept credit card purchases. <br />IT is working on creating a disaster recovery plan for the County’s IT infrastructure and data. It <br />is hopeful to secure grant funding for the hardware required. <br />4. Approval of equipment purchase for new Prosecuting Attorney Office <br />This was presented at the recent Agenda Session in the Admin Matters item, but no action was <br />recorded. Presented again at the meeting, Mr. Wachsmith moved to approve, Ms. Osiadacz <br />seconded, and the motion carried. <br />5. Other business <br />The board informed IT that will be required to conform to the prescribed agenda format for <br />upcoming IT study sessions. <br />6.
