ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Director on the DSHS DDD Services Agreement Amendment 2. (Effective date: 01/01/2023-
06/30/2023)
BACKGROUND:
The DSHS DDD Services Agreement Amendment 2 is for a budget increase of $89,756.00 for a
new maximum of $1,351,040.00.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on April 24, 2023
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on April 28, 2023
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Director on the DSHS DDD Services Agreement Amendment 2. (Effective date: 01/01/2023-
06/30/2023)
