This Agreement is made between Kittitas County (herein called the Local Government) and
HopeSource (herein called Subrecipient) for the Shelter Program in Kittitas County (herein called the
Project).

As Kittitas County has applied for and received an award, contract number 2l-4610C-109, from
Department of COMMERCE to fund the Shelter program; and
As it benefits the Local Government to engage the Subrecipient to accomplish the Scope of Service and
the objectives ofthe local project;
AMENDMENT PURPOSE
The purpose of Amendment B is to add an additional $45,360.00 funding to the Shelter Program
Grant award. The original contract amount was $246,846.00 and with the additional funding, the
new contract amount is$292.206.00

The amended start date is March I,2023, and the amendment end date remains June 30, 2023.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF'THIS CONTRACT REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT.
