A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT OF'THE LINDSEY LEASB
EXECUTED OCTOBER 16,2018 TO REFLECT THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE LEASE
TO CHRIS PRATZ
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Code (KCC) 2.81.060(4) requires that all leases of real property be
approved by the Board of Counfy Comrnissioners (Board); and
WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners and Kenneth H. and Leslie H. Lindsey
previously executed a lease on October 16,2018, for the lease of real property located at the
Bowers Field Airport on lot H-36; and
WHEREAS: The Lindsey's have sold their private aircraft hangar located on the real property
leased at the Bower's Field Airport situated on lot H-36 to Chris Pratz; and
WHEREAS: The Parties desire to amend the lease to reflect the assignrnent of the Lindsey
lease to Chris Pratz fbr the remainder of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED:
The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the execution of the lease amendment
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference to assign the Lindsey lease to Chris
Prctz for lot H-36 at Bower's Field Airport.
