LT -2023 -074-GALLE RY O N E 2023 TODGING TAX SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND GATLERY ONE This contract' effective January r,2023 is made and entered into by and between KlrlTAScouNry ("county"), acting as agent ior and on behalf of the city of Ellensburg, a washingtonmunicipal corporation ("City"), a subdivision of the state of washington, and GALLERy oNE(,.CONtrACtOr,,) fOr thc ANNUAL MARKETING PLAN IMPROVED ("EVCNI"). wHEREAS' the purpose of this Agreement is to provide for activities and expendituresdesigned to increase tourism, Now THEREFoRE' in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, or ::ti.:L"jj"' incorporated and made a part hereof, the county and the contractor mutualy agree a b contractor shall provide the services and staff described in its Application for lodging TaxFunds submitted to the Lodging Tax Advisory committee, attached hereto as Exhibit ,,A,,which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
