AGENDA DATE: April 18, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Requesting Approval of a Joint Resolution with the City of Cle Elum Regarding
Interlocal Planning Agreement.
BACKGROUND: The attached draft resolution would begin the process of executing an interlocal
agreement with the City of Cle Elum for planning in the Cle Elum urban growth
area.
INTERACTION: Community Development Services, Public Works, Prosecutor’s Office, Board of
County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the attached resolution.
