The tax imposed shall be collected at the time admission charge is paid by the person seeking admission to any place and shall be reported and remittetl by thc pclsull receivittg the tax to the Treasurer in quarterly installments on or before the last day of the month next succeeding the end of the quarterly period in which the tax is collected or received. The participants may only produce personal waste (example food wrapper or drink container). Everyone will be responsible for their own waste. The event organizers will work with our host location (Dru Bru Cle Elum) to provide any garbage and recycling as they request Public roads: The event will use public roads in the Teanaway area (See attached map). The roads to be used include portions Teanaway Rd Middle Fork, West Fork Teanaway Rd, and Teanaway Rd North Fork. The roads will not be closed, and all participants will be instructed and expected to follow normal procedures for riding on open public roads. law Enforcement and EMS: The event organizers will hire local EMTs to provide first tier of medical response.
