RESOLUTION No. 2023-_______
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LEASE EXECUTION BETWEEN Kittitas County
AND PAUTZKE CO. LLC.
WHEREAS, Kittitas County is in need of additional office space for the office of
Prosecuting Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the county has done its due diligence to locate a property to meet the
county’s needs for additional office space; and
WHEREAS, Pautzke Co. LLC. has prepared a lease with the necessary plans to meet the
county’s need for additional office space for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners agreed with the proposed terms of the
lease at a Public Hearing held on March 28, 2023 at 2:30pm; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington authorizes the execution of the lease for the
office space located at 7th Ave. and Main Street in Ellensburg Washington.
ADOPTED this day of 2023.
