BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.: 2021 -U5 <br />Authorization to Execute a Lease for Property at Bowers Field <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County owns and rents out property at its Bowers Field Airport; <br />and, <br />WHBREAS' Having such leases maximizes the benefit to the county taxpayers; and, <br />WHEREAS, Linda and Mark Merrill desires to rent such property, and after notice and <br />hearing, the BOCC finds that execution of such a lease is in the public's <br />best interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the execution of the attached lease for <br />property at the Bowers Field Airport with Fred Benson. <br />ADOPTED this Ll*of 1 <br />BOARD <br />BOARD OF COUNTY MMISSIONERS <br />KITTIT C <br />Commissioner <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />,////ilil11\\\\ <br />ulie A.
