David Ohl, Airport Director <br /> <br /> <br />3110 Airport Rd, Ste. #1 TEL (509) 933-8219 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />04/04/2023 <br /> <br />AIRPORT HANGAR GROUND LEASE AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Whereas: On October 16, 2018, Kittitas County (“County”) and Kenneth H. Lindsey and Leslie <br />H. Lindsey entered an “Airport Hangar Ground Lease ” (hereinafter ‘lease’) for real property at <br />the Bowers Field Airport; and <br /> <br />Whereas: The property legally described as Lot H-36 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding <br />Site Plan BS-10-00001, as recorded June 28, 2010 , in Book 11, pages 249-255, County of <br />Kittitas, State of Washington; and <br /> <br />Whereas: Kenneth H. Lindsey and Leslie H. Lindsey have sold the private aircraft hangar <br />situated on the above-described property to Chris Pratz, as listed in the “Aircraft Hangar Bill of <br />Sale” attached hereto as Exhibit “A”; and <br /> <br />Whereas: Kenneth H. Lindsey and Leslie H. Lindsey wish to assign the lease they entered with <br />the County to Chris Pratz, who will assume the obligations of the lease moving forward . The <br />Lindsey lease is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; and <br /> <br />Whereas: The County must approve the lease assignment between the parties. <br /> <br />Now, Therefore, the parties and the County agree to the assignment of said lease by removing <br />Kenneth H. and Leslie H. Lindsey as Lessees of the above-described real property and <br />replacing them with Chris Pratz as the Lessee of said property, with all terms and conditions of <br />said lease, which shall remain in full force and effect against Chris Pratz for the remaining term <br />the lease. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, County and the parties have signed their names and affixed their <br />seals the ____ day of _______________, 2023. <br /> <br />COUNTY: <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ______________________________________ <br /> Chair <br />Clerk of the Board <br /> <br /> ______________________________________ <br />Approved as to form: Commissioner <br />
