MARCH 27, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Commissioner Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the <br />week(s) ending March 17, 2023 & March 24, 2023. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION SLEEP CENTER FEASIBILITY STUDY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wright moved to approve ($20,000.00) funding for ½ of the <br />Sleep Center feasibility study, noting the other half would be paid <br />for by the City of Ellensburg. He stated the funding would come from <br />the Homelessness & Affordable Housing fund. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT ASTRACHAN – AIRPORT ADV COMMITTEE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the appointment of Mr. Ira <br />Astrachan as a member of the Kittitas County Airport Advisory <br />Committee for a three-year term effective immediately and ending <br />12/31/2025. Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST FLAGS AROUND ELLENSBURG RENEWAL COMMISSIONERS <br />
