A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF SUBRECIPEINT AGREEMENT
WITH KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RELATED TO
CORONAVIRUS (CDBG-CV-I and CDBG Cv2) PROGRAM CONTRACT
#20-622tC-tts
WHEREAS, Kittitas County applied for and was awarded a contract with the Department of
Commerce (Coronavirus (CDBG-CV-1) Program Contract #20-6221C-1 15); and
WHEREAS, Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce is prepared to provide the services outlined
in that contract denominated as microenterprise assistance as a part of the county's coronavirus
relief effort; and
WHEREAS, Department of Commerce Contract Number 20-6221C-115 Amendment A
amended the end date of the agreement to June 30, 2023
NOW, THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to
Execute the attached amendment of the subrecipient agreement with Kittitas County Chamber
Of Commerce related to Coronavirus (CDBG CV1 and CV2) to amend the end date of the
Subrecipient agreement to June 30,2023.

AMENDMENT TO CDB .CV SUBR ECI PIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN AS COUNTY AND THE
KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
This Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement for the CDBG Public Service Subsistence Payments and
Childcare Services (signed by the County on June 15, 20211("Agreement") is made between KITTITAS
COUNTY (the "County") and THE KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ("Chamber"). The County
and Chamber agree as follows:
The Washington State Department of Commerce ("Commerce") amended the terms of its Community
Development Block Grant Program agreement with the County (Program Contract #20-622LC-115), to
extend the time of performance to June 30, 2023.
As such, the Subrecipient Agreement previously entered into between the County and Chamber, which
currently specifies the Agreement expires January 31",2023, should be amended pursuant to Subsection
8.H (Amendments) of that Agreement, to extend the time of performance specified in Section 2 (Time of
Performance), as well as the final request for reimbursement deadline specified in Section 5 (payment),
to be consistent with Commerce's grant extension.
The County and Chamber both agree Section 2 (Time of Performance) is amended to specify the
Agreement expires June 30, 2O23; and Section 5 (Payment) is amended to specify the final request for
reimbursement shall beJuly 15,2023. Allotherterms and conditions of the Agreementshall remain in
full force and effect.
