BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN GUARDIAN RFID AND KITTITAS COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION No. 2022 - I ;) `I <br />WHEREAS: Among other things, Guardian RFID provides a system comprised of software, <br />hardware, support services, and a web -based software as a service platform to deliver <br />a wide range of inmate management, monitoring, and tracking solutions; and <br />WHEREAS: Among other things Kittitas County operates a correctional facility located at 205 W <br />5`h Ave. Suite 1 Ellensburg, WA 98926 and in doing so must maintain control over <br />inmates and property; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County desires to implement the Guardian RFID System by licensing the <br />software, purchasing the hardware and support services, and obtaining rights to use <br />the web -based software as a service platform.
