ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Guardian RFID System Agreement
Addendum B Amendment.
BACKGROUND: Guardian RFID provides a system comprised of software, hardware,
support services, and a web-based software as a service platform to deliver a wide range
of inmate management, monitoring, and tracking solutions. This system allows, among
other things, inmate tracking capabilities, predictive and prescriptive analytics to achieve
100% round compliance on all cell checks, and a comprehensive system of digital
documentation that includes photo and video evidence. This amendment increases the
previously stated Extended Term costs to account for licenses on 4 additional units being
purchased.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved this amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge Guardian RFID System Agreement Addendum
B Amendment.
