Contract/Grant Summary: Kittitas County has had a Professional Services Operating Agreement with
Summit Food Service, LLC., formerly known as Consolidated Food Management, Inc. since 2011, for the
management and operation of the food service program at the Kittitas County Jail. Summit and the
Kittitas County Jail have expressed their desire to extend the period of the agreement an additional year.
Meal rates will increase by 8.3% cost per meal over the previous year, based on cost of living increases
according to the Consumer Price Index.
