AGENDA DATE: February 21, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Public Safety Psychological Services.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Public Safety
Psychological Services for conducting fitness-for-duty evaluations, conducting
psychological evaluations of applicants for employment or reserve service, and preparing
and conveying reports of psychological findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
County and Public Safety Psychological Services.
HANDLING: Please return 1 original to KCSO. KCSO will return a fully executed
agreement to the BOCC upon signature by the contractor.
