ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Day Wireless.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office and Day Wireless is to install, service, and maintain the
specialized equipment of the Sheriff’s Office’s vehicles.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and Day Wireless.
HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO.
