Assistant and Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor III. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 10, 2023. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT MATT MARTIN – FAIR BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and appoint Matt Martin to <br />the Kittitas County Fair Board for a 3-year term effective <br />immediately and to expire 12/31/2023 (completing a former member <br />term) and to authorize Chair signature on a letter of appointment. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DIRECTION EIC / WELLNESS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Debbie Stanavich, Administrative Assistant gave an update on the <br />information received from the Auditor’s Office regarding fund <br />balance for EIC/Wellness. She explained that there has been a lot of <br />back and forth and some questions have come of it that needed Board <br />direction per Brian Carlson, Budget & Finance Director. She stated <br />that the Board needs to formally move the fund to the BoCC from the
