AGENDA DATE: February 7, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Selecting The Watershed Company for
On-Call Planning Services Contract and Authorize the CDS Director to
Execute the Contract
BACKGROUND: On November 1, 2022, Community Development Services (CDS) received approval
to advertise a request for Statement of Qualifications to solicit for on-call planning
services (consistent with state law and county policy). Submittals were due December
2, 2022 for CDS staff review and scoring. After review of the responder information,
CDS recommends the selection of The Watershed Company for these services. The
contract would be in place for a two-year period.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution to select The Watershed Company for Professional Service
Contract supporting CDS for a two-year period and authorize the CDS Director to
execute said contract.
