ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Ellensburg Family Medicine
DBA Compass Direct Healthcare updated list of services for pre-employment screening.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff s Office is in an agreement with Ellensburg
Family Medicine DBA Compass Direct Healthcare to conduct pre-employment medical
screening for employment. On 12/21/21 the Board of County Commissioners approved
such agreement to include Exhibit B price list. On 01/30/23 the services provided in
Exhibit B have since been revised. See attached updated price list.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Ellensburg Family Medicine
DBA Compass Direct Healthcare update list of services for pre-employment screening.
