AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: February 7, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve and
sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of
Commerce for Tourism Services for 2023.
BACKGROUND: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory
Committee (LTAC) on December 14th, 2022 the proposed Contract
with the Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2023 was
discussed.
INTERACTION: The LTAC voted unanimously to forward a recommendation of
allocating up to $254,000 for the proposed Professional Services
Agreement with the Chamber of Commerce. On January 3, 2023, the
BoCC reviewed and approved the proposed ask. PSA has been
approved by DPA Hartung via SR #55198
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber
of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2023 of up to $254,000
