AGENDA DATE: February 7, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Additional Rental Agreement
between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Central Storage.
BACKGROUND: As indicated at the December 6, 2022 Agenda Session, the Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office has entered into a rental agreement with Central Storage for Unit
7407, which is adjacent to our existing rented units, providing additional space to
accommodate our growth needs.
This expenditure was discussed during the drafting of the 2023 budget.
INTERACTION: This rental agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas
County Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge Additional Rental Agreement between Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office and Central Storage.
