ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Director on the PSA between Kittitas County and Ellensburg School District Amendment 1.
(Effective dates: 08.01.2022-07.31.2023)
BACKGROUND:
The amendment to the PSA between Kittitas County and Ellensburg School District increases the
total award amount from $21,085 to $25,000.00. This PSA is established to support COVID-19
recover and advance health equity for high-risk or underserved populations. Utilize non-clinical
interventions to address behavioral health concerns related to COVID-19 as addressed in the
Statement of Work.

Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on January 17, 2023
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on January 19, 2023
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Director on the PSA between Kittitas County and Ellensburg School District Amendment 1.
