A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF SUBRECIPEINT AGREEMENT
WITH HOPESOURCE RELATED TO CORONAVIRUS (CDBG-CV-1 and CDBG CV2)
PROGRAM CONTRACT #20-6221C-115
WHEREAS, Kittitas County applied for and was awarded a contract with the Department of
Commerce (Coronavirus (CDBG-CV-1) Program Contract #20-6221C-115); and
WHEREAS, HopeSource is prepared to provide the services outlined in that contract
denominated as subsistence payment and childcare services as a part of the county’s
coronavirus relief effort; and
WHEREAS, Department of Commerce Contract Number 20-6221C-115 Amendment A
amended the end date of the agreement to June 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Department of Commerce approved an amendment request from HopeSource to
amend the budget allocations between the Childcare Services and Subsistence categories
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to
Execute the attached amendment of the subrecipient agreement with HopeSource related to
Coronavirus (CDBG CV1 and CV2) to amend the end date of the subrecipient agreement to
June 30, 2023, and to amend the budget allocations between the Childcare Services and
Subsistence Services
