BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO.2021-QMS <br />A RESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGEXECUTIONOF A CONTRACTWITH THECHAMBEROFCOMMERCERELATEDTOCORONAVIRUS(CDBG-CV-1) <br />PROGRAM CONTRACT#20-6221C-115 <br />WHEREAS,Kittitas County applied for and was awarded a contract with the Department of <br />Commerce (Coronavirus (CDBG-CV-1)Program Contract #20-6221C-115);and <br />WHEREAS,the Chamber of Commerce is prepared to provide the services outlined in that <br />contract denominated as enterprise assistance as a part of the county's coronavirus relief effort. <br />NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:The Board of County Commissioners is authorized <br />to execute the attached contract with the Chamber of Commerce related to Coronavirus <br />(CDBG-CV-1)Program Contract #20-6221C-115. <br />DATED this 15th day of June 2021,at EIIensburg,Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ABSENT <br />Vice-Chair <br />Commissioner <br />Contract Page 001
