ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve resolution authorizing approval of a contract amendment
with Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce subrecipient agreement
related to Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) contract number 20-6221C-115
BACKGROUND:
On March 2nd, 2021, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
approved resolution No. 2021-030 authorizing an interagency
agreement with Washington State Department of commerce for the
CDBG-CV1 program contract #20-6221C-115
On June 15, 2021 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
approved resolution No. 2021-095 authorizing a contract with the
Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce related to the Coronavirus
(CDBG-CV) program. The contract expiration date with the Kittitas
County Chamber of Commerce is January 31, 2023.
On July 19, 2021, the Washington State Department of Commerce
executed Amendment Number A for Contract No. 20-6221C-115
amending the end date of the contract to June 30, 2023.
This Resolution is to approve a contract amendment with Kittitas
County Chamber of Commerce to update the contract end date
of June 30, 2023 .
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve resolution and sign contract amendment regarding Kittitas
County Chamber of Commerce subrecipient agreement related to
Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) contract number 20-6221C-115.
HANDLING: Please forward one fully executed resolution and two fully
executed amendments to Dora Van Epps, Auditor’s Office,
ATTACHMENTS: Resolution and contract amendments for signature
