KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM January 9, 2023 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice -Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith, and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br />Others: Dan Carlson, Toni Berkshire, Jen Wiemer and Jessica <br />Miller Community Development Services; Mark Cook and Rebecca <br />Cruse, Public Works; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; and zero <br />(0) members of the public. <br />At 1:30 pm Chairman Wright opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br />There were no citizen comments. <br />BUILDER OUTREACH MEETING <br />CDS DIRECTOR DAN CARLSON provided an overview of the Builder <br />Outreach meeting topics to the Board of County Commissioners. It <br />is scheduled for Monday, January 9th at 6 PM in the Auditorium. <br />The comments from the meeting will be gathered and shared at the <br />next study session. <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT WEBSITE <br />CDS DIRECTOR DAN CARLSON stated the Code Enforcement website has <br />been created and is available on our public webpage. It includes <br />a common issues drop down which helps direct customers to the <br />correct department for assistance. The next step will be to <br />include resource links for the public. The Board requested a <br />press release be put together to inform the public of the <br />resource. <br />2023-1-9 MINUTES 1 <br />
