CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES

Regular Meeting
MONDAY 1:30 PM January 9, 2023
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice -Chairman Brett
Wachsmith, and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Dan Carlson, Toni Berkshire, Jen Wiemer and Jessica
Miller Community Development Services; Mark Cook and Rebecca
Cruse, Public Works; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; and zero
(0) members of the public.
At 1:30 pm Chairman Wright opened the Community Development
Services Study Session.
CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 MIN. TIME LIMIT)
There were no citizen comments.
BUILDER OUTREACH MEETING
CDS DIRECTOR DAN CARLSON provided an overview of the Builder
Outreach meeting topics to the Board of County Commissioners. It
is scheduled for Monday, January 9th at 6 PM in the Auditorium.
The comments from the meeting will be gathered and shared at the
next study session.
CODE ENFORCEMENT WEBSITE
CDS DIRECTOR DAN CARLSON stated the Code Enforcement website has
been created and is available on our public webpage. It includes
a common issues drop down which helps direct customers to the
correct department for assistance. The next step will be to
include resource links for the public. The Board requested a
press release be put together to inform the public of the
resource.
