ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO APPROVE RENEWING RON
MITCHELL’S AERONAUTICAL LEASE.
BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to approve Ron Mitchell’s
Aeronautical Lease.
DISCUSSION: Ron Mitchell’s lease on lot H-33 has expired and is looking
to renew. His new lease rate per square foot will be .16
cents and will not need the new deposit.
INTERACTION: AAC, BoCC, and Prosecutors Office
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Ron Mitchell’s Lease Addendum
HANDLING: Return one original to the airport
