ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Amended Boat Use Permit Contract #430-2722
Amended November 2022
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Amended Boat Use Permit is to allow the Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office use of Grant County PUD watercraft and
trucks to tow said watercraft, for search and rescue and patrol of the
Priest Rapids and Wanapum Reservoirs. Use is limited to when not in
use or required for use by the PUD.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved this permit
contract.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amended Boat Use Permit Contract #430-2722 Amended
November 2022
HANDLING: Return one original to the Sheriff’s Office
