KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Sheriff’s Office <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Amended Boat Use Permit Contract #430-2722 <br />Amended November 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Amended Boat Use Permit is to allow the Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office use of Grant County PUD watercraft and <br />trucks to tow said watercraft, for search and rescue and patrol of the <br />Priest Rapids and Wanapum Reservoirs. Use is limited to when not in <br />use or required for use by the PUD. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved this permit <br />contract. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amended Boat Use Permit Contract #430-2722 Amended <br />November 2022 <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one original to the Sheriff’s Office <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Ben Kokjer, Chief Criminal Deputy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
