KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and Execute a Resolution Specifying Funding for <br />the MOU between Superior Court and Merit Resources. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On March 11, 2020, the Superior Court entered into an MOU with <br />MERIT RESOURCES (copy uploaded).
