AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and Execute a Resolution Specifying Funding for
the MOU between Superior Court and Merit Resources.
BACKGROUND: On March 11, 2020, the Superior Court entered into an MOU with
MERIT RESOURCES (copy uploaded). This Resolution specifies
funding for 2023 which is the same as funding for 2022.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the proposed
Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and Execute a Resolution Specifying Funding for the MOU
between Superior Court and Merit Resources.
