Action Requested:
Request the Board to approve and sign seven (7) agreements with agencies awarded Law & Justice Council Grant Funds for 2023.
Background:
On November 1, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2022-201 awarding Law & Justice grant funds for 2023.
The following recipients have returned their contracts, which are ready for Board approval and signature.
The contracts expire October 31, 2023, with the November 27, 2023 being the final date to submit reimbursement.
Recommendation
Recommend the Board to approve seven (7) agreements with agencies awarded Law & Justice council grant funds for 2023.
Handling
Please send an electronic signed copy, Auditor’s office will forward a copy to each agency
