RESOLUTION No.: 2022-_____
Authorization to Execute Professional Services Agreement with JUB.
WHEREAS, the Airport Department desires to engage a consultant for engineering services;
and,
WHEREAS, the Airport Director is recommending that the County engage J-U-B Engineers
(JUB) to provide such services; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Professional Services Agreement will need to be executed to engage
the services of JUB.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the execution of the attached Professional
Services Agreement to engage JUB as a consultant for the County’s airport.
