ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER RENEWING RON MITCHELL’S
AERONAUTICAL LEASE.
BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to set a public hearing on
January 17th, 2023 to consider amending Ron Mitchell’s
Aeronautical Lease.
DISCUSSION: Ron Mitchell’s lease on lot H-31 has expired and is looking
to renew. His new lease rate per square foot will be .16
cents and will not need the new deposit.
INTERACTION: AAC, BoCC, and Prosecutors Office
RECOMMENDATION: Set public hearing concerning Ron Mitchell’s lease on
January 17th, 2023 at 2pm.
