ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services. (Effective dates: October 1, 2022-October 1,
2023)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA between Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services to provide professional
decontamination of spaces previously occupied by individuals under isolation or quarantine
orders.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed December 21, 2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed December 23, 2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services. (Effective dates: October 1, 2022-October 1,
2023)
