Kittitas County and Triple L LLC (Randy H. Lamb, Manager) entered into a Purchase and
Sale agreement for real property (parcel #529333, more specifically described therein) on or
about on August 28, 2019. The parties (Kittitas County and Triple L LLC) desire to rescind said
purchase and sale agreement and to release the earnest money described therein within section
#3.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, County and Triple L LLC have signed their names and affixed
their seals this _ day of 2022.
