ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards signatures on the agreement to rescind the purchase and sales agreement.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County Solid Waste entered into a Purchase and Sales agreement with Triple L LLC for a portion of
land to allow for the new access road to provide a buffer around a wetland. After further discussions with
the City of Ellensburg and the neighboring land owner Triple L LLC. it was determined that an easement
would be a better option.
By rescinding the purchase and sales agreement Amerititle will be able to release the earnest money from
the purchase and sales agreement.
INTERACTION:
Amerititle, Triple L LLC, and the Prosecutors office.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Bards signature on the agreement to rescind the purchase and sales agreement.
HANDLING:
Return a signed copy
